Parental Escort Policy

New Policy effective June 1, 2008

The Boulevard at the Capital Centre will implement a Parental Escort Policy on June 1, 2008 to enhance our existing community relations program.

We feel the Parental Escort Policy will provide additional support in our effort to ensure that The Boulevard at the Capital Centre is an engaging, family-friendly location. Our main goal is to assist in providing an enjoyable shopping experience to visitors of all ages.

Parental Escort Policy Details:

* The policy, in effect daily, begins at 8:30 p.m. with unsupervised children being advised of the Parental Escort Policy to be enforced at 9:00 p.m. After 9:00 p.m., visitors to the Boulevard ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older while in common areas. Parental or guardian escorts must maintain visual contact with all children for whom they are responsible.

* Visitors ages 16 and under may shop at establishments with extended operating hours by directly proceeding to and from the venue.

* Youths 16 and under must determine pick-up arrangements prior to 9:00 p.m. or immediately upon store closing or end of movie. Youths remaining at the Boulevard for the purpose of shopping at a retail establishment after 9:00 p.m. must be picked up at that location.

* To enforce the rules associated with the policy, patrons may be asked to provide valid photo identification with date of birth, such as a driver¢s license, school identification, or passport.
